SECTOR: E Commerce – Logistics Management Client: XO – Fashion Brand in Syria
PROJECT STORY & CHALLENGES:
Before working with BLUE TECH, XO relied on manual processes to manage inventory and orders, which created heavy pressure on the administration and frequent delivery delays. The company needed an automated system to streamline sales, inventory, internal shipping, and workforce management. As the requirements grew, the project expanded to include mobile apps for customers and delivery teams, as well as advanced dashboards for inventory, shipping, and payment management.
OUR ROLE:
Analyzing business and logistics processes and designing tailored digital solutions.
Developing all systems (mobile, web, dashboards) from scratch to match XO's needs.
Designing modern and intuitive interfaces for all users (management, delivery teams, customers).
Integrating online payments and geo tracking to ensure a seamless experience.
Supporting XO's full digital transformation and readiness for expansion in Syria and the UAE.
ADMIN DASHBOARD:
Advanced management system covering warehouses, inventory, inter city shipping, employee and delivery team management, with real time data reporting and analytics.
CENTRAL ADMIN DASHBOARD:
Centralized system for technician management, order tracking, analytics, and performance reports, with integrated secure payment gateway and real-time notifications.
MOBILE APPLICATIONS:
CUSTOMER APP: Browse products, place orders, secure payment, and real time order tracking.
DELIVERY APP: Assigned orders per driver by location, real time status updates.
WEB APPLICATION:
A browser based version offering the same features as the mobile app for customers.
